Soccer ball to the most southern remote village we have ever been to!
Pictures don't do this justice... Our river banks often go straight up and down...

LRP 2
A river that actually has a bridge!!! BUT also has a broken down bus/truck in the middle of it!!
Here is the truck/bus we helped reload after they helped us get out of the deep sand/river
One very LARGE sand trap!
Burried deep! We used a wich from my car to help pull as the driver used 4x4 and the locals pushed

The feast - Chicken
Well lit tree
Stuck in the river (no water of course) These locals were busy unlaoding one of the big trucks which was also stuck. They stopped to help us. Total 2 vehicles stuck for at least 1 hour. When we finally got out of this situation (with the villagers help) most of the PAK army I was with (who didn't help much) and my team members went to get in their cars and drive away... I stopped all of them and made these locals helped us and without that help we would still be stuck. So, for the next 20 minutes we (the entire team) assisted the locals to reload their trucks with over 60 cases of pop destined for the next village. The locals were thankful as was I. PS in the river there was NO shade and we were pushing and pulling and it was 40+ degrees!!!.

Party
Pre-party!
Enjoying the first night at the Canada/German club!! LOL oh and our honourary Fijian. This fiji police officer calls me "YATHA" which in Fiji means Namesake - his name is Michael as well. The thing we are sitting on is a very common Sudan bed/couch. This one (as all are) is hand made.
First drink in the newly lit bar
Setting up the Christmas lights

The lights at night... we do have a problem now :( the lights were from Canada (110 v) in Sudan the power is 230 v - all the lights are burning out or melting.... they will be all gone soon :(
