Here is an excellent map of how poor the electrical system is in Sudan. You'll notice there are only two lines and they are only in the capital city. Remember I will be living and working in the very south end of the country. All of my electricity will be from generators.
This map will give you an idea of the basic political structure of the country which does not include militias, tribes or outside factions.
This final map demonstrates the vast area that this country covers and the huge variety of vegetation and landscape that it has.
